At Thewigcompany, we want you to love your look; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your eligible hairpiece within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your wig or hair extension is in its original condition, unworn, and with all factory tags and packaging intact.

• 2.
  Request a Return Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Place the item back in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
