How do I determine my wig size?
Most of our wigs feature adjustable straps that fit 95% of customers. To find your exact fit, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind the ear, to the nape of the neck and back to the starting point.
What is the difference between synthetic and human hair wigs?
Human hair wigs offer the most natural look and feel, allowing for heat styling and customization. Synthetic wigs are pre-styled and maintain their shape after washing, offering a more budget-friendly and low-maintenance alternative.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your order sooner.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn wigs in their original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been brushed, styled, or worn cannot be returned.
Can I use heat tools on my wig?
Heat tools can be used on 100% human hair wigs and specifically labeled 'Heat-Friendly' synthetic wigs. We recommend using a low heat setting (below 350°F) to preserve the longevity of the fibers.
How often should I wash my wig?
We recommend washing your wig every 6-8 wears or whenever the fiber begins to look dull. Always use specialized wig shampoos and conditioners to maintain the moisture and shine of the hair.
